Gorou is a four-star Geo Arc user whose kit is designed to support fellow Geo Vision holders. Finding character materials in the game can take a long time. Therefore, gathering items to level up, power up, and strengthen your future Gorou ahead of time means you can start playing him whenever he wishes.
Upgrade Materials
Hero Spirits are some of the most difficult materials to farm in the game, so keep a stock ready for Gorou! cost of x20 Original Resin or x1 Condensed Resin (for double rewards).

Talent Material
The higher your talent levels, the better Gorou's performance will be. The rule of thumb is to get talents at least up to level 8, which unlocks at ascension phase 4, for the characters you are actively deploying.

For Gorou's talents, forgo increasing his normal attack beyond level 6 as he probably won't be deployed to deal damage often. Instead, focus on his Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst with the same priority.
Artifacts
Gorou's best Artifact Set is the Opulent Dreams Wrap, which can be farmed in the Sleepy Courtyard of Seirai Island. Aim for defense percentage stats as opposed to offense, as Gorou's exit scales with defense.
