While much of Genshin Impact's content revolves around reactions, geo is a more neutral element. Geography characters are usually great for the shield, being your primary DPS, or in Noelle's case, both. If you want an easy-to-get geo character that can double as your primary DPS, then you need to build Noelle.
Noelle is an excellent DPS who can summon a shield using her elemental skill. She is also a claymore user, meaning she can benefit from physical damage and make it easier to explore Teyvat and gather materials.

- Husk of Opulent Dreams Artifact Set: Noelle gains a 30% defense buff and will gain curiosity stacks when hitting an opponent with a geo attack. Curisioty has a max stack of four and will provide an additional 6% defense and geo attack boost per stack for three seconds each.
- Redhorn Stonethresher: Noelle receives a 28% defense buff and Disturbs her normal and charged attacks gain a 40% buff, based on her current defense stat.
