Kyurem, the Boundary Pokémon, is a rare Raid Hour boss in Pokémon Go. When you finally get one, you might find that it's one of the weakest Dragon Pokémon. Here are the best movesets to make sure your Kyurem maximizes its damage output.
Kyurem is a dual-type Pokémon, but its list of options for attacks is surprisingly short. You will want to use dragon attacks most of the time. You will rarely want to use his ice attacks as he can learn much more powerful steel attacks instead.

For Kyurem, dragon attacks are strongest. During winter (and against Pokémon resistant to dragon attacks), you may need alternate attacks more often. There aren't really any fast ice attacks, so it's best to replace them with Steel Wing and end with a deadly Blizzard attack.
