This means selecting the right Pokémon and pairing them with the best nature to maximize their strengths. • Modest – (+Special Attack, -Attack)
  • Timid – (+Speed, -Attack)

We recommend the Timid nature as the best nature for Roselia and Roserade. They have a fantastic special attack and with the added speed boost, Roselia and Roserade can be a dangerous special sweeper. The combination of their high special attack and utility make these Pokemon a great addition to any team.

Modest nature is also a good choice as it will max out Roselia and Roserade's special attack and let her hit even harder. Ultimately, you'll have to decide if you want extra power or extra speed when training your Roselia and Roserade.
