At first, you will need a car, whatever it is. Then, you will have to take the direction of the south of the island and the mountain next to Catty Corner. The Weather Station is at the top of it. It will therefore be necessary to climb it in its entirety to validate this challenge.

If you don't want to bother with this challenge, just pick up a car at Catty Corner and head straight for the Weather Station. By opting for this strategy, you will normally have no problem, especially in terms of gasoline. Otherwise, remember to fill up before leaving.
