To complete this challenge, which is relatively simple, you will necessarily need a fishing rod. If it is quite easy to find, it seems to you that at least one is, in each game, available towards the store, the northernmost building. The latter is indicated on the map below, making it possible to locate the place which is not mentioned on the map. Go to the north of the island, just south, or almost, of the Yacht.
Once equipped with a fishing rod, you will have to be patient since you are not guaranteed to have a fish every time. To make it easier for you, do not hesitate to fish where a circle forms on the surface of the water, synonymous with the presence of fish. Finally, note that you can also use a harpoon.
