Destroy fishing barrels, challenge week 6

Find our tips for the challenge "Destroy fishing barrels" counting for the sixth week of season 5 of chapter 2 of Fortnite. You can take advantage of our multi-location behavior map to make it happen quickly. Even if Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 offers a lot of new features with random quests, Epic Games does not forget the famous weekly challenges, which come out every Thursday at 15 p.m. These challenges allow players to collect XP in order to progress through the Battle Pass and unlock many cosmetics and skin variants. One of the challenges will ask you, in particular, to destroy fishing barrels.

Where to find fishing barrels in Fortnite?

Who says fishing barrels obviously says water point nearby. So go near a water point, be it a lake, an ocean or the river, to get your hands on one of these tonneaux, which must be destroyed to validate the challenge. In total there are seven tonneaux which must be found and then destroyed by you.

If you do not want to waste time in your research and validate this challenge quickly, you can opt for certain places, where many are present in a limited space. For example, we count eleven in Craggy Cliffs, seven around Lazy Lake, as many around Misty Meadows or ten in the Coral Castle area.

On the map below, we have indicated several places where you will find fishing barrels quite close to each other. As a reminder, you must destroy seven of them.
