Overall, the recommended settings for Rainbow Six Siege: Extraction don't seem too demanding, and most players should be able to meet these requirements.
But in the worst case, it would be better to reduce some parameters if you do not meet all the recommended requirements. For example, settings like shadows, anti-aliasing, etc. will increase performance in most cases.
