Ralts can be found in tall grass as far back as Routes 203 and 204. However, it is much faster to catch one in the Grand Underground.

Ralts is kind of rare even below, but he can be encountered in any Dazzling Cave and Stargleam Cave under Celectic Town. On the Great Underground map, both are marked with a swirling pattern on a pink background. Where to find a Dawn Stone in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl

Dawn Stones can be unearthed in the Great Underground. However, you can buy one at Mount Coronet. Enter the area from Route 207, head south and surf to the right.


Dawn Stones can also be found in the Whiteout Cave in the basement below Snowpoint City (it's the lower-right most area) and on Route 225 when using Rock Climb.
