Between all of the Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl exclusive Pokémon, one stark difference is how Shining Pearl gets Moltres, Articuno, and Zapdos, while Brilliant Diamond gets the three Legendary Beasts of Johto. And as the proud owner of Shining Pearl, you might be wondering how to get your hands on these legendary birds.
To obtain Moltres, Articuno, and Zapdos, visit Ramanas Park near Route 225, which is only accessible after obtaining the National Pokédex. You can join Route 225 by flying to the town of Sandgem and surfing from its south.
Inside the Ramanas Park building, talk to the shopkeeper near the entrance and she'll sell you slates for Mystery Gems. Mysterious Gems, although rare, can be mined in the Great Underground.

You will need to purchase three copies of the Kanto slates to encounter Entei, Raikou, and Suicine. Kanto slates are only unlocked after obtaining three discovery slates and encountering Regirock, Registeel, and Regice.
Once you have the Kanto Slates, enter Ramanas Park and enter Kanto Cave. Insert the slates one by one and you'll encounter Moltres, Articuno, and Zapdos for a chance to capture them. All three legendaries get at least three perfect IVs, so you can use them competitively.
