Pokemon Unite players have access to a large number of various items that they can give their Pokemon to enhance their abilities in the battle arena. That's where Held Items come in. Many of them can save the game and cost as little as 1 coins or 000 bills. But which are the best?

S-level Held Items
Rocky Helmet
The best held defensive item in Pokemon Unite is Rocky Helmet. This not only increases a Pokemon's HP and Defense, but it also reflects damage dealt to an opposing Pokemon by 5% of its total HP.
Rocky Helmet is a great held item for Blastoise, Charizard, Crustle, Garchomp, Lucario, Machamp, Slowbro, and Snorlax.
floating stone
If you want your speedster or Mon's attack to be even faster, then Float Stone is essential. It increases your Pokemon's movement speed by 20% out of battle.
This hold item is great for Absol, Charizard, Cinderace, Garchomp, Greninja, Lucario, Machamp, Talonflame, and Zeraora.
shell bell
The last S-tier held item is the best for Pokemon supporters. It can restore up to 75 HP, but the number depends on your special attack. The higher it is, the more HP you restore.
Shell Bell is ideal for Alolan Ninetales, Cramorant, Eldegoss, Gardevoir, Gengar, Mr. Mime, Pikachu, Venusaur and Wigglytuff.
A-level owned items
Assault Vest
Not as good as Rocky Helmet, but it's still one of the best defense items in the game. It absorbs up to 15% of the damage done to your Pokemon by any special attack.
It's good for Blastoise, Crustle, Slowbro and Snorlax.
buddy barrier
If you also want to protect your ally Pokémon, use Buddy Barrier to give an attacking Pokémon and its ally with the lowest HP up to 40% shield during the Unite Move attack.
It's good for Blastoise, Crustle, Eldegoss, Mr. Mime, Slowbro, Snorlax, and Wigglytuff.
Energy Amplifier
If you want to increase your damage on the Unite Move attack, this item will increase damage by 21%. The effect does not last long, but it seems strong enough.
Good for Charizard, Garchomp, Lucario and Machamp.
muscle band
If you only want to increase base attack damage, then Muscle Band is a great choice. It increases normal attacks by 3% of your opponent's HP.
Give Absol, Cinderace, Greninja, Talonflame, and Zeraora.
B-level held items
Score Shield
Scoring goals can not only earn your team more points, but also increase your defenses using the Score Shield Held item. It grants a shield of up to 10% of the Pokémon's max HP. Note that a Pokémon's objective cannot be interrupted while it is protected.
For use with Blastoise, Charizard, Crustle, Garchomp, Lucario, Machamp, Slowbro and Snorlax.
Scope lens
Increasing the different types of attacks, but increasing the damage of critical hits is surely better.
Give Absol, Alolan Ninetales, Cinderace, Cramorant, Gardevoir, Gengar, Greninja, Pikachu, Talonflame, Venusaur and Zeraora.
attack weight
Since critical damage is automatically increased by the level of your basic attacks, attack weight increases both your basic attack by 12 points and your critical hit if you manage to score a goal.
For use with Absol, Cinderace, Greninja, Talonflame and Zeraora.
Leftovers
It may not be the most effective held item, but Leftovers consistently recover 2% of your Pokemon's health every second out of battle.
Good for Blastoise, Crustle, Slowbro and Snorlax.
