With the deployment of update 6.20 on the servers, the kickoff of Fortnite: Nightmares has been given. Players will be able to discover a new temporary mode, but also obtain rewards by completing the various challenges offered. Similar to the weekly challenges available every Thursday for both Battle Pass owners and non-owners, the Fortnite: Nightmares event has challenges to complete to collect rewards. Thus, for 10 days, four games each with four challenges will be revealed as the days go by. In the end, players who have completed all the challenges of these different parts will get the black locomotive glider. As a reminder, in Fortnite: Nightmares, players will have to kill the creatures as well as the fragments of the cube to be able to recover loot and thus resist enemies. They will also have the possibility of killing them thanks to Demon Hunter's Crossbow, a new weapon only available during this event.
Part 1 - Wednesday 24/10
- Destroy Cube Monsters (200) - 500 EXP.
- Damage cube monsters with assault rifles or pistols (5000) - 500 EXP.
- Visit a Corrupted Area in multiple matches (7) - 500 EXP.
- Dance in front of different gargoyles (5) - 500 EXP.
Part 2 - Friday 26/10
- Destroy Cube Demons (150) - 500 EXP.
- Damage cube monsters with shotguns or submachine guns (5000) - 500 EXP.
- Eliminate opponents in Corrupted Areas (3) - 500 EXP.
- Destroy a ghost decoration at different named locations (7) - 500 EXP.
Part 3 - Sunday 28/10
- Destroy Cube Brutes (25) - 500 EXP.
- Damage cube monsters with explosive weapons (2000) - 500 EXP.
- Search chests in Corrupted Areas (7) - 500 EXP.
- Etape 1 : visiter Wailing Woods (5) - 500 EXP.
Part 4 - Tuesday 30/10
- Destroy Cube Elite Monsters (10) - 500 EXP.
- Deal damage to cube fragments (2500) - 500 EXP.
- Damage Cube Monsters in a single match (1000) - 500 EXP.
- Visit multiple Corrupted Areas in a single match (4) - 500 EXP.
- Destroy Cube Fragments (3) - 500 EXP.
- Complete Fortnite Challenges: Nightmares (14) - 500 EXP.
