These places are Circuit Chonkers, Rocky Reels et Greasy Grove, three localities, indicated on your map. So you won't have any trouble finding them. 

There, you have nothing else to do but dance. As a rule, dancing for a few seconds is enough, until the notification appears on your screen. Although it is not necessary, know that you can very well validate this challenge in the same and single game, in particular by using a vehicle, for example.
