Fortnite: Week 1 Expedition Challenge: The Star is in Lazy Lagoon

After the series of Extreme Cold challenges, it's the turn of the Expeditions challenges. Players with the Battle Pass will be able to obtain an additional tier or banner each week by finding the hidden star on the loading screen. With Season 8 kicking off this Thursday morning via Update 8.0, players should pick up this season's new Battle Pass if they wish to get more rewards. Similar to previous seasons with the Blockbuster or Road Trip or Great Cold challenges, players will be able to get an additional tier once they have collected the hidden star.

But to find this precious star, you must first complete all the challenges of this first week, then look carefully at the loading screen, present above, in which the star badge is hidden. As you can see, below Black Heart's arm is a steeple with the star on its roof. This is where players will have to go to collect it. 

So, for this first week of season 8, players will need to land at Lazy Lagoon, a new bay located to the north of the map, instead of Lazy Links and head straight for the bell tower. It will be imperative to collect the star to validate this challenge and obtain an additional level.
