For this second part, you will, as the name suggests, have to go to Stealthy Stronghold, which is in the northern part of the map. Once at the locality, you have to go north, since it is here, in front of a small wooden bridge, that the butterfly will be found. Be careful to be quick when he runs away, as he will take several turns that are not necessarily easy to follow.

It will eventually stop heading east and burrow into the ground. Then grab your pickaxe and hit the mound of earth to reveal the anomaly, with which you have to interact. That's all there is to it, as the challenge will then be completed and the variant unlocked.
