Eevee is a pretty nifty Pokemon at the best of times, with a bunch of different potential evolutions that it can change to seemingly randomly. Luckily, it's not as random as it seems in Pokémon Go, as there's actually a method you can use to game the system and force Eevee to evolve into each of its different forms.

Ultimately, to answer your potential question, yes, there is a reliable method to evolve Eevee into Umbreon, Espeon, Flareon, Jolteon, Glaceon, Leafeon, and Vaporeon, and it works every time.

How to evolve Eevee into Umbreon, Espeon, Flareon, Jolteon, Glaceon, Leafeon and Vaporeon:
Eevee has seven different forms of evolution, which includes Umbreon, Espeon, Flareon, Jolteon, Glaceon, Leafeon, and Vaporeon. After acquiring 25 candies, you can evolve Eevee into one of these different forms at random.

But how do you take the random element out of it, and instead force Eevee to take on each of the individual shapes? Well, this is a simple process to change the name of Eevee before you evolve them.
Interestingly, this method only allows you to get Eevee's different ones once. Once you perform it on your account, you will no longer be able to obtain that particular form of Eevee using that method on that account.
Here are the different names you'll need to use to get each Pokémon Go Eevee evolution:
- Umbreon: Size
- Espeon: Sakura
- Flareon: Pyro
- Jolteon: Sparky
- Glaceon: Rhea
- Leafeon: Linnea
- Vaporeon: Rainer
