Players of Adventure Rank 45 and above will unlock a new menu in the Crafting Bench: Mystical Offering. Here you'll find a selection of Artifact Safes for common Artifact sets that pair well with many characters.
Access the menu by interacting with a crafting bench found in any major city. At the top of the screen, you will find three different menus. Head to the third one to access the mystical offer.
You can trade three five-star Artifacts for an Artifact Vault, which contains a five-star Artifact of your choice, but with random stats. You can gift up to 39 Artifacts at a time, which will return 12 Artifact Vaults to you.

Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee the number of rows of statistics or the statistics you will receive, so there is a huge risk in using this conversion tool. But it can be a fun way to test your luck or get rid of excess artifacts if you don't want to burn them for Mora.
Meanwhile, if you need the specific artifact sets in the vaults but don't want to burn your existing five-star artifacts, there are other ways to mine them:
- Gladiator's Finale – Weekly Bosses (World Tier 3 and above), Normal Bosses (World Tier 5 and above), Tier I Reliquary Domain (Spiral Abyss)
- If you only need the two piece bonus, Shimenawa's Reminiscence is a great alternative as it has the same bonus. It is farmable through the Momiji-Dyed Court Estate in Inazuma.
- Troop of wanderers: weekly bosses (world level 3 and above), normal bosses (world level 5 and above), domain reliquary level I (Spiral Abyss)
- Bloodstained Chivalry: Farmable in Clear Pool Estate and Mountain Cavern in Liyue
- Noblesse Oblige: Farmable in Clear Pool Estate and Mountain Cavern in Liyue
