One of the most fun parts of Spider-Man for PlayStation was collecting all the costumes that Peter Parker could wear! Now that Mile Morales has his own game, you can engage in the same sort of thing by leveling up and completing challenges. There's no doubt that many people were introduced to this new version of Spider-Man by the movie Into the Spider-Verse which was released and is currently on Netflix. If you're one of those people, you'll probably want a chance to grab the costume from the movie!
How to put on the suit in the Spider-Verse
Unlocking the Into the Spider-Verse suit is actually quite easy! There's an option available to you immediately, as you'll receive the suit if you pre-ordered the game. If you haven't and want the suit, you can craft it by upgrading Miles Morales. Once you reach level 13 in the game, you will be able to craft the suit, which requires 18 activity tokens and 4 tech parts. There's no doubt that you'll probably have them collected by the time you hit level 13, so you should be able to unlock it right away.
The suit comes with two different suit mods that you can equip. One is called Vibe the Verse, which will let you jump into the Spider-Verse and have the suit mimic the aesthetic of a different Earth. It sounds pretty weird, but it pretty much mirrors the game's kind of stuttering animation found in the movie. The other mod lets you add the POW, KABOOM and BONK! effects after inflicting damage on an opponent. While it's not going to improve your character, it's a fun throwback to the early days of comics!
