Building your team in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl allows you to use any combination of Pokémon. If you want to build the best team, you'll need to pick the right Pokemon and pair them with the right nature to maximize their stats. A great choice for your team is Munchlax and Snorlax.
You will need to catch a Munchlax and transform it into a Snorlax with the best nature. There are four viable options for the best nature for Munchlax and Snorlax. We have listed them below.

- Adamant – (+Attack, -Special Attack)
- Brave – (+Attack, -Speed)
- Mischievous – (+Defense, -Special Attack)
- Relaxed – (+Defense, -Speed)
We recommend using the Adamant nature. Snorlax has excellent HP, Attack, and Special Defense stats. Increasing his attack will allow him to hit harder and stay alive longer due to his bulky stats. The Brave nature is also a good choice, but it is better not to reduce the speed of Munchlax and Snorlax lower than it already is.
If you prefer to play more defensively, then the playful or laid back nature is what you should use. Of the two, Impish is the better because Munchlax and Snorlax don't need their special attack. It already has a low speed, so while it won't overspeed much, reducing the special attack is the best option.
